Pricing & Rates
At Mindset for Success Therapy, we believe that mental health support should be accessible and transparent. We offer both private pay options and insurance coverage.
In-Network Insurance
We are now in-network with Optum (including UnitedHealthcare, Oxford, and UMR plans) and Aetna insurances.
If you are covered by either of these plans, we will submit claims on your behalf, and you will only be responsible for your copay, deductible, or co-insurance as determined by your plan.

Why I Choose Private Pay & How It Benefits You
As a therapist, Jamie's priority is providing the client with the highest quality care tailored to their unique needs. Jamie has chosen to operate as a private pay provider rather than working directly with insurance companies for several key reasons—each designed to enhance your therapy experience.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS
To make the process as convenient as possible, Mindset for Success Therapy accepts all forms of payment, including:
-
Cash
-
Check
-
Debit and Credit Cards
Additionally, at the end of each month, Jamie can provide you with a superbill—an itemized receipt detailing sessions. The client can submit this superbill to their insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on the out-of-network benefits.
Privacy & Confidentiality
When you use insurance, your therapy sessions become part of your medical record, and your provider must share information—including diagnoses and treatment plans—with your insurance company. Private pay allows us to work together without third-party interference, ensuring your personal information remains truly confidential.
No Diagnosis Required
To receive coverage, insurance requires a mental health diagnosis, even if you’re seeking therapy for personal growth, stress management, or relationship issues. With private pay, you can engage in therapy without being labeled with a diagnosis that could remain on your medical record.
Investing in Yourself
Therapy is an investment in your well-being, personal growth, and long-term success. When you choose private pay, you’re prioritizing your mental health without the limitations of insurance-driven care. Many clients also use Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to make therapy more accessible.
Personalized, Client-Centered Care
Insurance companies often dictate the length, frequency, and type of therapy you receive. With private pay, we focus on what truly matters—your needs, goals, and progress—without being limited by external restrictions. This means we can use the best therapeutic approaches for you, rather than those that fit within insurance guidelines.
More Flexibility & Accessibility
Private pay gives you greater control over your therapy. There are no surprise claim denials, no waiting for insurance approval, and no limitations on how long one can work with their provider. This means a smoother, more consistent therapeutic experience.
Superbills & Reimbursement
While Mindset for Success Therapy does not bill insurance directly, a superbill can be provided upon request. Some clients receive partial reimbursement from their insurance provider—if this is an option you’d like to explore, please check with your plan’s out-of-network benefits.
